Hanoi - IP Attorney
We are looking for a qualified IP lawyer or attorney with strong IP experience to be based in our Hanoi office.

Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in IP, admitted to practice in Vietnam as lawyer or IP attorney

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle a wide range of IP issues, including infringement matters, and can deal with all authorities for enforcement action;
  • Have a good understanding of trade mark issues, including registration and prosecution work; 
  • Good understanding of the practice at the NOIP;
  • Ability to deal with foreign clients independently;
  • Must work well in a team;
  • Train and guide younger members of team and share knowledge;
  • Mature, stable and independent;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Good interpersonal skill, cross-cultural sensitivity and management skills;
  • Wants something different, wants to join a foreign practice and be in a fun, unstuffy environment.
