We have extensive IP litigation experience in the various jurisdictions in which we operate. This includes acting in leading cases, some of which have shaped the way that IP litigation is conducted or how IP rights are interpreted by the Courts.

Our global dispute resolution teams have grown beyond trade mark litigation so that we are now also recognised for all forms of IP litigation, including patent and design actions. This development started in the UK and has evolved at pace since then particularly as other jurisdictions in which we operate have increasingly embraced litigation as an effective IP enforcement mechanism.
